Bunshin no Jutsu [Clone Technique]
Rank: E (Basic)
Requirements: None.
Description: This technique must be mastered by any ninja who has graduated from the shinobi academy. It's the most basic technique a Genin must know, since it can be a real lifesaver. This ninjutsu creates a simple illusion clone identical to the caster. The clone however has no physical properties and will disperse the moment it is touched.
* Special Notes *
- Bunshin aren't solid. They can't hold/touch anything, which also means, they don't leave foot prints.
- Bunshin dispel on one hit.
- Bunshin can not be used to transfer knowledge; you're thinking of a Kage Bunshin.
- Bunshin can't perform any jutsu. Nor are their weapons real.
- Bunshin produce no sound.
- Bunshin have shadows.
- A maximum of 10 Bunshin can be created at one time.
Henge no Jutsu [Transformation Technique]
Rank: E (Basic)
Requirements: None.
Description: Henge is the basic skill a ninja must know to become a Genin. It's mostly used as a decoy, to confuse the opponent by transforming into somebody that's an ally with the enemy, and then attack from the back when he's not expecting it. This technique can easily be combined with other jutsu for a more powerful effect, such as with Kage Bunshin no Jutsu [Shadow Clone Technique].
* Special Notes *
- The user maintains their weight
- The user can henge into something 1/2 of their size as a minimum.
- The user can henge into something 1 1/2 times bigger then him/her as a maximum.
- Henge is merely an illusion, not an actual shape shifting.
Ikimono Benkou [Animal Speech]
Rank: E
Requirements: None.
Description: This allows the user to learn the speech of a specific type of species or species (cat, dog, bird, bug, etc) deviating from the user. Meaning, that this jutsu is needed to speak to any species of animal/insect/reptile, that is different from the user. This is commonly used for pets to better to communicate.
* Special Notes *
- When choosing this jutsu, please name one kind of animal/insect/reptile that you are able to communicate with. (E.g. Dogs, Flies... etc)
- As you rank up, you may increase the species of animals/insects/reptiles.
- If you kill off your character and start it as a Genin; that doesn't mean you learn two languages, Only ONE.
- This ability requires neither chakra nor hand seals.
Kakuremino no Jutsu [Self Hiding Technique]
Rank: E
Requirements: None.
Description: Either prior to or right after the use of this jutsu, the user hides themselves, often by means of hiding behind a cloak, in a bush, or such. Afterward, they used their chakra to make them camouflage better with their environment. If the user is not hidden well, this has no effect, however, it can make a user that is well hidden, or beneath a cloak that is very close in appearance to their surroundings become completely invisible.

Kami Shuriken [Paper Shuriken]

Requirements: Paper.
Description: The user folds a piece of paper into a star shape and throws it with enough force that it functions the same way a normal shuriken can, and can cause as much harm as a normal shuriken could. Shuriken produced this way can be used for other shuriken techniques. This does not require the use of handseals.

Kawarimi no Jutsu [Body Switch Technique]
Rank: E (Basic)
Requirements: None.
Description: Kawarimi is a widely used and very famous skill among shinobi. The user taps into their chakra and exchanges places with an object of similar weight and size. This is clearly an evasion technique used to dodge attacks; however it can be linked with other jutsu or attacks to create massive damage if done properly.
* Special Note *
- Can only be used up to 3 times in one thread.
- Can not be used to escape a A/S rank jutsu in Tai/Nin or any genjutsu
- Replacements must be of roughly equal size and weight, and nearby.
- You may only switch with another RPC IF you have their permission to do so.
Nawanuke no Jutsu [Rope Untying Skill]
Rank: E (Basic)
Requirements: None.
Description: This jutsu gives you the ability to easily free yourself from a rope or any other object made from something similar to a rope. This jutsu works merely by inserting chakra into the rope, and requires no hand seals.

Chakra Kami Nawa [Chakra Hair Rope]
Rank: D
Requirements: A Lot Of Hair.
Description: A Ninjutsu technique requiring quite a lot of hair to be scattered around the opponent's feet, under the guise of the ninja snapping mentally. Showing no apparent danger, the opponent should not suspect the hair as a weapon. But placing their hands on the path of hair in front of them, the ninja using this technique can make a powerful rope of hair by channeling their chakra through it, limiting the opponent's movement to simply pivoting in place. This sets them up for a more devastating attack, like the Shintenshin no Jutsu [Art of the Valentine].

Gansaku Suterusu no Jutsu [Fake Stealth Technique]

Requirements: None.
Description: This technique is used to hide the actual location of the user. By placing a piece of cloth or other personal belonging a distance away, the user can then hide while it appears to the enemy that the user has hid near the personal item. By imbuing this item with chakra, it may cause a small glint or flash to attract attention from foes.

Hakken no Jutsu [Detection Technique]

Requirements: None.
Description: The user pumps chakra into his nose to significantly increase his smelling capabilities.

Harigane Gappei [Meld Wire/Wire Fusion]
Rank: D
Requirements: Wire
Description: This allows the user to turn a loop of wire into one solid piece, trapping an individual such that Nawanuke no Jutsu cannot help them escape. This ability doesn't require handseals.

Kami no Kakuchou [Hair Extension Technique]
Rank: D
Requirements: None.
Description: The ninja performs several handseals to activate this jutsu. Once the jutsu is activated, the user’s hair extends to their ankles. The hair takes a few seconds to grow but may take longer depending on the initial length of hair. The jutsu requires no chakra past the initial forming of the technique, and once the hair has grown, the only way to shorten it is to manually cut it.

Karuto no Tayori [Information Cards]
Rank: D
Requirements: Deck of Cards.
Description: This is a one-of-a-kind ninjutsu technique where the ninja takes simple, black deck cards and embeds information on them with chakra. The information could be about anything from shinobi countries to shinobi themselves. Once the information is embedded in the card, it turns blank, only to become visible again when the ninja reveals it with their chakra. This ability does not require hand seals.

Kushami Funmatsu [Sneezing Powder]
Rank: D
Requirements: None.
Description: The user will use handseals to fill his mouth with chakra. The user will then exhale a small cloud of powder. This powder will act more like peppermint powder and cause the exposed target's nose to be irritated and for them to sneeze a lot.

Doku Shibuki [Poison Spray]

Requirement: Liquid Poison.
Description: The user will use handseals to guide chakra into his mouth and then have the ability to exhale a moderately sized spray of poison, giving liquid poisons more chance of infection.

Koe no Mozouhin [Voice Imitation]

Requirements: None.
Description: The user uses chakra to alter his larynx and vocal tract to change the way his voice sounds. This can be used to make the user sound like an animal, an adult, of the opposite sex, etc. This ability requires neither chakra nor hand seals.

Kugutsu Henge [Puppet Transform]

Requirements: None.
Description: This is a jutsu that is designed to be implemented with Kugutsu no Jutsu [Puppetry Technique] - by activating this jutsu the user alters the chakra strings attached to their puppets so that they can alter the appearance of the puppet as per the Henge jutsu rules.

Kusai [Stinking]

Requirements: None.
Description: A technique similar to the Utsusemi no Jutsu [Projection Technique]. This time, the user takes there smell and relocates it else where. This can be used to confuse animals, or those whom specialize in smelling.

Mushiyose no Jutsu [Bug Gathering Technique]

Requirements: Ikimono Benkou [Animal Speech] - bugs
Description: After forming the needed handseals, the user will place their hand to a surface and extend a web-like chakra lure to insects of a certain species in the surrounding area to their location. Running this web over the area will cause any nearby bugs to walk unto or fly over the chakra web; following it back to it's source.

* This obviously does not apply to custom insects
* Be reasonable, you can't expect to attract Water 'skaters' when you are in a desert.

Myu-jikaru Gokuin [Musical Seals]

Requirements: An instrument (your voice is not counted as an instrument)
Description: This technique allows the user to draw up chakra by playing musical notes instead of making hand seals. On a large scale, this is often faster than making normal hand seals. This ability does not require chakra nor hand seals to be able to use. However, the chakra needed to use the jutsu performed through this method is still consumed.

Nebaneba [Stickiness]

Requirements: Lots of Bubblegum.
Description: While blowing a bubble from bubblegum, the user needs to perform certain handseals to make the bubble grow larger and stickier. Then blow it out to the opponent and make it pop, and it will cause the victim to be in quite a sticky situation.

Doku Yoroi [Poison Armor]

Requirement: None
Description: The user of this technique covers his body in chakra. When it comes in contact with the opponent it causes a slight irritation and serious itching.

Shinshi Ken [Immersed Blade]
Rank: D
Requirements: Liquid Poison, bladed weapon.
Description: Through handseals, the user immerses his bladed weapon with Dokuton chakra. As a result, at the user's will, the chakra can turn into his poison of choice and infect the opponent upon contact with their open wounds. Unlike normal dipping, this jutsu allows the blade to hide any evidence of poison and is more efficient. This does not require the use of handseals.

Souharigane no Jutsu [Wire Manipulation Technique]

Requirements: Wire.
Description: By injecting chakra into the wire, the user is able to manipulate the wires actions much like a puppet and can control it’s movements to an incredible extent. This ability does not require handseals.

Uta no Aki [Song of Emptiness]
Rank: D
Requirements: An Instrument.
Description: The user will strike a shrill note on their instrument and increase the pitch beyond its maximum with chakra. This can either be used to annoy someone or cause them pain or its more common use, raising the pitch so high that only animals can hear it, this will effectively stop any animals in the vicinity. This ability does not require handseals.

Utsusemi no Jutsu [Projection Technique]

Requirements: None.
Description: In order to hide their location and not disclose their position, the user projects their voice by resonating everything they say from all possible directions with this jutsu. This technique does not require the use of handseals.

Anshi [Night Vision]

Description: After performing the right hand seals, the user would focus their chakra into their eyes allowing them to see in/through naturally occurring darkness.

Chakura Suriddo no Sousaku no Jutsu [Chakra Thread Creation Technique]
Rank: C
Requirements: Knitting Needles.
Description: This ninjutsu was developed by a group of elderly ex-ninja to prove that even the old can still fight. The principle of this jutsu was to feed chakra into a pair of knitting needles, and seemingly knitting, creates threads of chakra for multiple purposes, such as nets. The threads can be controlled with the movements of the needles, are very durable and best used for constricting or capturing but can be used for other purposes such as ladders or ropes. The technique truly flourishes with those of imaginative minds, but of course the bigger the object and the more complex, the longer it would take.

Gijyuu Ninpou: Shikyaku no Jutsu [Beast Mimicry Ninja Art: Four Legs Technique]

Description: After doing a few handseals, this technique gives some increase of strength and speed to the user, as well as lengthening their nails into claws. Travel in this mode is somewhat alike to a dog's fast run.

Ikimono Baika no Jutsu [Animal Multi-size Technique]

Description: After completing a set of handseals the user can manipulate the size of their pet to 10x its original size. Once the pet is hit, it restores to its original size. The weight of the animal is still the same; just a bigger version of it.

Jibaku Fuda: Kassei [Exploding Tag: Activate]
Rank: C
Requirements: Explosive Notes.
Description: Utilizing chakra, a ninja is able to activate the explosion mechanism of a distant bomb tag. This can also be used to deactivate any explosive tags in the vicinity of the user, which were set to explode by means other than through the use of jutsu.

Jurou Kunai [Raining Knives]
Rank: C
Requirements: Appropriate Equipment
Description: This technique utilizes an umbrella similar to the type that is used for Jurou Senbon, with the exception that there is a seal placed on the umbrella specifically for this technique. When the umbrella is thrown in the air, the user completes the needed handseals, causing the seal on the umbrella to open, making the umbrella become significantly larger. At this point, the umbrella will spin in the air, raining kunai down below. The kunai are slower and less powerful than senbon and thus they are weaker. They can only stick onto wood, and at times cement walls, but it will just cling off solid steel.

You may not use explosive tags on the kunai. They cannot be pre-added or added during usage. NO EXPLOSIVE TAGS

Kawara Shuriken [Roof Tile Shuriken]
Rank: C
Requirements: Nearby Roof Tiles.
Description: This technique requires chakra to pressurize nearby tiles in an area. The tiles are then levitated and hurled over towards the opponent, spinning at fast speeds similar to shuriken.

Ketsugou, Bunkatsu [Union, Division]
Rank: C
Requirements: A minimum of 5 Kunai, Shuriken or Senbon.
Description: The user will perform a single handseal. His hands then will be ready to emit chakra. Holding the 5 weapons, they will be coated with a thin layer of his chakra. The user will then lunch his 5 projectiles simultaneously. Midair, he will shout "Union"/"Ketsugou" as he forms a different seal. The weapons will then cluster, 2 in the center spinning vertically around each other, the rest will then orbit the core weapons in the different direction. Chakra will then glow forming a faint tail of light to the whole cluster. As the projectiles approach the enemy, the user will shout "Division"/"Bunkatsu" as he collects his fingers into a final handseal. The weapons will then react by disassembling and shooting in different directions ahead. All to reduce the opponent's chance of dodge the attack.

Kinobori [Tree Climbing]

Requirements: Learned From A Genin Sensei // Chuunin basic
Description: The user concentrates onto the soles of their feet and coats them with a layer of chakra. Once this is done, the user will then be able to walk up any tree like they are walking up a regular foot path.

Kugutsu no Jutsu [Puppet Technique]
Rank: C
Requirements: Approved Puppet.
Description: A Ninjutsu technique where a puppet master controls a karasu, or puppet, with threads of chakra from their fingertips. The puppets often have a number of weaponry on them, and are generally quite complex in design, with more complex designs being more powerful. However, the jutsu takes up quite a bit of concentration, and even when fully mastered, the concentration can only be cut in half. As a result, when the user is controlling multiple puppets of average complexity, it is common for them to not be aware of their surroundings, as well as find this jutsu to be mentally exhausting. It is also not possible to use jutsu while this jutsu is active, other than those that have to do with manipulation of puppets.

This jutsu does not require handseals, but remember it takes time to apply the strings

Kugutsu: Giningyou Gekijou [Puppet Technique: False Puppet Theater]
Rank: C
Requirements: Approved Puppet, Kugutsu no Jutsu [Puppetry Technique].
Description: After the user completes a set of hand seals, his puppets splits into multiple parts(if possible) and point at the enemy. And directs the pieces at the opponent.

Kugutsu: O-topairotto [Puppet Technique: Auto Pilot]

Requirements: Kugutsu No Jutsu, Approved Puppet
Description: After completing a few hand signs the user puts an extra burst of chakra into their puppet. The puppet goes into a sluggish and weak series of attacks against the opponent (The attacks only last one post). The attacks aren't meant to hit the opponent but merely to distract them while the user relocates or another action that requires his or her full attention.

Kyoumeisen [Vibrating Sound Drill]
Rank: C
Requirements: Sound Creating Weapon.
Description: A Ninjutsu technique where the ninja uses sound waves above one hundred and fifty megahertz to disorient an opponent by attacking their inner ear, causing violent dizziness and sometimes nausea. In some cases, damage to the eardrum can occur, creating a long-lasting advantage in battle. The attacking ninja takes a swing at their opponent intending to be dodged. Once the sound weapon is directed towards the opponent, it is tapped, producing sound waves that the ninja then manipulates with chakra, guiding it to the inner ear of their opponent. This ability does not require hand seals.

Kyougiri [Vibrating Cutter]
Rank: C
Requirements: Bladed weapon.
Description: Taking their bladed weapon at hand the user sends chakra running through their blade. The flow of chakra makes the blade vibrate at a high speed increasing the cutting power of the blade. Because of the chakra running through the blade looks like a blue blur. This does not require the use of handseals

Mushi Bunshin no Jutsu [Insect Clone Technique]
Rank: C
Requirements: Approved insect pets.
Description: Using the insects as a base for this jutsu, the user creates a replica of himself with physical properties which allows for the clone to actually interact with its environment. The power of the Mushi Bunshin is 1/4 of the power of the user. This includes the weapons, power, speed, endurance and etc. One hit will destroy the bunshin, causing it to revert back to its original bug form.
* Special Notes *
- Each bunshin takes 1/10 of your chakra pool to make.
- Bunshin can only travel a moderate distance from the user
- Bunshin have 1/4 the power of the user. This includes weapons, items, powers, speed, reaction speed, etc.
- Mushi Bunshin can perform taijutsu, non-elemental jutsu, and bug-based jutsu of that the user knows. Note however, that a bug clone only has as much chakra as the user gave it, and some of it is used to maintain the clone. Attempting to use a jutsu the clone no longer has enough chakra for will cause the bunshin to burst without the jutsu being performed.
- Will disperse after a single hit or upon the user's command.
Mushi Shunshin no Jutsu [Bug Flicker Technique]

Description: The user will be able to disappear from their previous position with insects surrounding the ninja and reappear elsewhere. The distance they reappear to depends on the amount of chakra they choose to use, though they must travel more than 2 miles and know exactly where they are going. This jutsu is only to be used outside of a battle, meaning you can't start a battle with it either. Also, the user is merely traveling quickly, not teleporting, so it can't be used to escape when they are tied up or locked up.

Mushi Seigyo [Bug Control]

Requirements: Ikimono Benkou [Animal Speech] - bugs.
Description: A technique often used by bug specialists, they let out a command saying "obey me" in bug language after performing the seals. Chakra is sent out along with their words. The bugs that recognize this then end up listening to any command given by the user for the next 8 turns. This can only be used on bugs within 10 meters of the user, and has no effect on bugs of the opponent.

Oogata Boutou [Big Boom]
Rank: C
Requirements: Earplugs.
Description: When created the needed hand seals, the user will clap their hands together to create a Big Boom, deafening the opponent for a period of time. The user should wear earplugs so it won't effect them.

Shintenshin no Jutsu [Art of the Valentine]
Rank: C
Requirement: None.
Description: A jutsu that allows the user to enter a target's mind, taking control of their body and senses. Known normally as a spying Jutsu, it can also be used in battle although with many drawbacks. The user's spirit travels not as quickly though, making it somewhat easy to dodge. If the spirit does happen to miss, the user's body will be left as an empty vessel for a few minutes, hence, leaving it wide open to an attack. There's no guarantee that, even if the technique does work, it can last for more than two to three minutes. When the user is inside of the target's body, any damage that is inflicted on the target will also be caused upon on their original body, therefore, if the target dies, so shall the user.

Shiro Yuki [White Snow]

Requirements: Above Average Speed.
Description: Hiding his handseals in his motion, the user runs circling his the opponent. Like a double team tactic, the user produces white after images which merge with his movement fulfilling complete bright blur. Being in such acceleration, attacking isn't much accessible to the user, but possible, while the jutsu is mainly for intimidation.

Shuriken Hazumi [Shuriken Ricochet]
Rank: C
Requirements: Shuriken.
Description: This is a throwing technique that requires an exceptional amount of skill to perform. The user coats their shuriken with a thin layer of chakra. This chakra allows the shuriken to maintain speed while it is thrown to ricochet from surfaces till it hits its intended target. However, skills plays a great factor in hitting precise targets, unconventional accuracy with this jutsu specifically. This does not require the use of handseals.

Shunshin no Jutsu [Body Flicker Technique]
Rank: C
Requirements: None.
Description: Through one handseal, the user will be able to disappear from their previous position and reappear elsewhere. The distance they reappear to depend on the amount of chakra they choose to use, though they must travel more than 2 miles, and know exactly where they are going. This jutsu is only to be used outside of a battle, or to leave a thread entirely. This jutsu is only to be used outside of a battle, meaning you can't start a battle with it either. Also, the user is merely traveling quickly, not teleporting, so it can't be used to escape when they are tied up or locked up.

Soukusari [Chain Manipulation]

Requirements: None.
Description: The user sends chakra along the length of chains much like with wire manipulation only it takes longer to master and a much greater degree of concentration to move the heavy chains at will. This does not require the use of handseals.

Soushuuha [Manipulate Advancing Blades]
Rank: C
Requirements: Kugutsu no Jutsu [Puppetry Technique].
Description: This technique allows the user to hover multiple kunai in the air while he approaches a target. The technique allows a ninja to unleash a torrent of kunai much more quickly than if each was thrown individually, as well as from different angles. This jutsu works to control and manipulate blades with chakra in a manner similar to the Puppet Technique. This ability does not require hand seals.

Suimen Hokou no Gyou [Art of Water Walking]
Rank: C (Basic)
Requirements: Learned From Sensei // Chuunin Basic // Kinobori no Jutsu.
Description: The user focuses their chakra to the soles of their feet and step onto the water. From the surface of the liquid, they would then need to be able to measure the amount of chakra it would take to support their weight along the surface of the water without sinking. Once this is mastered, the user would be able to easily walk on water.

Suimen: Suifuto Suiei [Swift Swim]

Description: Using the basic principles of Suimen, the user is able to swim much faster in water than they normally could.

Sumi Bunshin no Jutsu [Ink Clone Technique]
Rank: C
Requirements: Ink.
Description: This is a Ninjutsu technique that utilizes ink to create a Bunshin clone. Unlike a normal Bunshin, the Sumi Bunshin has the ability to interact more with the environment due to it having physical substance. This allows the clone to carry out attacks on its target. Also, elemental clones can think, but only on the rudimentary level, and the concentration for their jutsu needs to be maintained by the user. When this clone disperses, it reverts back into its natural ink state.

* Special Notes *
- Each bunshin takes 1/10 of your chakra pool to make.
- Bunshin can only travel a moderate distance from the user
- Bunshin have 1/4 the power of the user. This includes weapons, items, powers, speed, reaction speed, etc.

Daraku [Corruption]

Description: After a series of handseals, the user's body will secrete either one of his own poisons that will infect anyone who comes in contact with the poison (if the poison in question can infect that way). The user is obviously immune to this effect. This is used to give the user an advantage in Taijutsu, as well as allowing easier application of poison.

Kaimetsu Pa-mu [Devastating Palm]

Description: The user gathers chakra into their palms. From that point onwards, all blows with open palms will deal an additional force, effectively doubling the force of the attack.

Description: The user can release a large amount of poison around him in a cloud-like bubble, with the user remaining inside and unaffected by the poison. The poison will cause all others who enter to feel pain while they are inside, and those who have low resistance to poisons will feel a lot more pain than normal.

Description: The user places their hands on an object made of wood or some planets. The parts made out of wood that are close to the user's hands begin to rot, and turn into fine dust. This is effective for taking out a segment of a house's wall during a theft without making any noise, or against wooden weaponry. With increased chakra, the range of this effect can be increased as well. This technique does not require hand seals.

Description: Though this jutsu does not require the use of handseals, the user has charge his weapon with chakra initially before performing a swing that emits a beam of purple poisonous chakra. Upon contact, the arched attack causes a line of poison-inflected inflammation and the target is infected by the toxin.

Description: The user forms handseals and then coats his liquid poison with his chakra. The poison will then take the form of senbon. These senbon can be used and thrown just like normal senbon; causing infection with the poison upon blood contact.

The sludge always activates upon contact of the target, making it great for traps.

Description: A sewing based jutsu, using a sewing needle, and feeding chakra into it the user embeds invisible chakra threads into fabrics with the needle by any means. It can harden fabrics, increase the weight, constrict, or even cause it to move somewhat like a puppet, and able to use either one or more of these effects at once depending on the skills of the user.

Description: This technique allows the user to bestow their human sense upon a puppet. It uses only a C rank amount of chakra per post and doesn't drain on concentration, but at a price. The user literally gives their sense or senses to the puppet. This means that whatever sense is given to the puppet, the kugutsu master loses it in his body. Unless given a good opportunity, or using kugutsu at its farthest ranges, this merely changes the location of the user's sense perception. The difficulty in actually performing the technique means that the user will lose the sense perception if the puppet is strained in any way or if the user is strained. The user has the ability to "slip" into the puppet in order to give the sense. This allows for quick grabs at information and to reconnect after losing grasp of the technique.

Mizu Juudan Shuriken no Jutsu [Water-Cutting Shuriken Technique]

Requirements: Modified shuriken or Fuuma shuriken.
Description: Initially, the user performs a brief sequence of handseals allowing a good amount of chakra to leak out of his fingers. Holding his shuriken, the chakra engulfs the weapon smoothing its surface to slide swiftly through the air while a certain amount of chakra is accumulated in its blades for better penetration.

Supplied by a great force, usually gravity, the user lunches his shuriken perpendicular to a flat plane, the ground, water surface, or a wall… etc. The shuriken is then required to dig as deep as an inch (minimum) in that plan causing its speed to lower momentarily. Afterward, the chakra condensed within the shuriken is stimulated by friction to force the weapon to spin in double its initial speed. The position of the shuriken is then modified to paralyze the plane it cut, and then it flies at a considerably high speed toward its target.

In the condition of that plane being the water surface, the chakra will activate instantly upon contact with the water. The shuriken will then spin at high speed cutting the water in two parts as it then darts vertically through it causing waves at both sides. Finally, it would change to a horizontal position to strike the target.

Mushi Kabe no Jutsu [Insect Wall Technique]

Description: After a long row of hand seals the user touches their puppet and transfers their chakra. This chakra allows the puppet to gain the traits of a human for seven of the user's posts. These traits are based off of design which means that personality, sight, intelligence, and other skills vary between individual puppets. If a puppet doesn't have the necessary mechanisms it uses the user's senses. This makes the puppet susceptible to genjutsu attack directed at it or the user themselves. Puppets have a memory along with being able to write and speak in the user's native language if design permits. The technique has no range limit after activation but prevents kugutsu from working on the puppet throughout the activation period, only allows the technique to function up until genin level damage is taken, and can only be used in succession after a two post buffer. The puppet cannot use its own complex mechanisms. This means that exterior weapons such as attached blades or fists are the only means of attack.

Note: This technique is immune to hand seal training. It always must use a long line of seals

Description: After a series of handseals, the user emits a gas from his body that quickly spreads away from his body. All who breathe in this gas will feel their skin start to slightly burn, in addition to their eyes burning and watering. Their nose will start running, and their mouth will salivate. All effects of this jutsu are severe, and even after getting out of the cloud, it takes a few minutes for the effects to wear off.

Shinranshin no Jutsu [Mind Body Disturbance Technique]

Description: A more advanced form of the Shintenshin no Jutsu [Art of the Valentine], this skill is used for confusing enemies into attacking their own allies, wreaking havoc among enemy lines. By forming a rectangular hand seal, the user is able to send a spirit of confusion into their target. Although the target is mentally aware of what they are doing, he is unable to control his body. For this particular jutsu, the user is able to stay in their own body with this skill, unlike its predecessor.

Description: This jutsu amplifies the volume at which one speaks to incredibly loud ranges. The user may choose to perform handseals for this jutsu. The pitch and the tone also increase, catching those ahead of them in a field of high-pitched, incredibly loud noise.

Description: By completing hand seals and focusing chakra to their eyes, the user's sight is changed so that they can see temperatures of objects as colors rather than their normal eyesight. Description: The user causes his long, spiky hair to wrap around him and harden, in a manner similar to a hedgehog's or porcupine's quills, defending against any physical attacks. This is effective as a method for forcing someone away, or stopping a powerful strike.

Description: This is a ranged jutsu for blade users, specifically close-range weapon users. Chakra is forced into the blade of their weapon and then blasted out in a crescent moon shaped wave. The wave starts about half the size of the user, but expands the farther it travels (up to twenty feet). The further it travels, the less power the technique has. At it's best, this technique can cut up to an inch through steel. This jutsu does not require handseals.

Molding and guiding his chakra by words, the user will be able to substitute this method of performing handseals of a technique. And so, this may require one to prepare for posts in advance for B ranked jutsu or higher. Though this is slow it allows the user's hands to remain free. In case of reduced handseals for a jutsu, the user has to perform a sentence.

Description: A jutsu used to send out a wave of chakra from a target, which will allow the user to sense any object in the field and know their location.

Choujuu Giga [Super Beast Imitation Drawing]

Requirements: Ink and appropriate drawing surface.
Description: Ninpou: Choujuu Giga is a Ninjutsu technique. It is used by gifted ninja's with much artistic talent. It is done by drawing ink or paint figures on paper. Forming the needed hand seal the ninja can then give life to the art, allowing it to spring off the page and obey their will.

The ink creatures can physically cause damage. Despite that, only a single hit will bring a creature down, and they tend to be horrible at maneuvering/dodging attacks. When hit the creatures will disperse back into their ink form. The larger the creature the more chakra it takes up, the same goes with the amount of creatures created. Also max size decreases with the longer range, thus only smaller creatures can go far from the user. Used properly the jutsu can be used both passively or aggressively.

Hateshiganairyuu [Eternal Dragon]

Description: After making a long row of seals, the user is able to summon a cloud of chakra which will then consume elements from the surroundings of the user to form a dragon. This dragon is controlled solely by the user and can cause huge amounts of damage and destruction to any given target.

Jinju Konbi Henge: Sotoro [Man Beast Combination Transformation: Double-Headed Wolf]

Description: Having signed a contract in blood; any ninja with this ninjutsu technique can summon a beast, or beasts, from another plane of existence to use in battle. The user must use their own blood as a "sacrifice" to summon them, after performing the hand seals corresponding with their animal. A summon is performed by placing one's blood on an appropriate plan after having performed the correct hand seals.

Description: The user stores their chakra into scattered pieces of a puppet to allow for kugutsu strings to reach any pieces. This chakra fuels the pieces to be directed at the opponent. The true danger to the technique ensues after the first few puppet pieces burst from the environment. After the initial flurry of blades attempting to stab the enemy, the rest of the pieces burst directly from the ground under the opponent and are manipulated at the enemy. Pieces that miss their mark burrow back into the ground and out again similar to a sewing needle as long as the terrain doesn't destroy or stop the pieces.

Description: This Jutsu was made as apart of a magic act for a traveling magician who used to be a shinobi, but is now taught as a basic fire jutsu. The user makes a hand symbol and then clicks their fingers on one hand, a small jet of flame (Maximum 5 centimeters) protrudes from the users hand and lasts for up to a minute, not harming the user as the flame starts around a half centimeter away from the skin. However constant use may cause burning as the skin slowly heats up.

The size of the target is fairly open ended, ranging from a match to a campfire or larger. Activation of the jutsu is as simple as touching the object with one's palm(s) and directing warming katon chakra into it. However, if the target of this jutsu is hit, the jutsu dispels.

Ho Bunshin no Jutsu [Fire Clone Technique]

Description: This is a Ninjutsu technique that utilizes fire to create a Bunshin clone. Unlike a normal Bunshin, the Ho Bunshin has the ability to interact more with the environment due to it having physical substance. This allows the clone to carry out attacks on its target. Also, elemental clones can think, but only on the rudimentary level, and the concentration for their jutsu needs to be maintained by the user. When this clone disperses, it reverts into an eruption of flames.

The strings will become visible and glow bright orange making anything they touch heat up and possibly burn though unlike normal puppetry strings these lose the ability to latch on to things. Once the tower of blaze hits anything with enough mass as a person, it will discharge in a blast, and blow them/it back with new agonizing burns.

Description: This technique was developed by a legendary shinobi, who retired into an occupation as one of the greatest chef's in the land. As the chef's greatest assets were his hands, this technique was devised as a unique style of using ones feet to defend, in a dance like motion. This idea was then improved upon, by focusing chakra into the user’s feet, and then, coupling it with a bit of fire mastery was able to mold the chakra to surround the user’s feet within a controlled fire. Every step fans the fire into the motion's direction, every stomp raises the fires causing it to flare up, every kick sends a penance of fire from the sole, and adding this into a dance causes it to not only defends ones self but by mastering the right steps can make for a very reliable offense.

Description: This Katon ninjutsu is believed to be the one of the strongest jutsu of the Katon series. This ninjutsu however requires a lot of chakra, concentration, and preparation time. A few diverse hand seals are done, and after gathering all the chakra in his mouth, the ninja will create so much flame that a red-hot fire will light up around them. All that chakra is then converted into fire inside the ninja's mouth, and it is all ejected at once, creating an extremely long blaze of fire, going directly to the opponent. This technique is straight, fast, and strong. It is most likely to be used after the enemy has been immobilized, because with such large amounts of chakra being used, most users simply cannot afford to waste it all by missing.

This ball of lava can be launched quite far, almost one hundred meters.

Description: After a very long series of handseals, the user holds the Dragon seal. As the user stands in one spot, the ground within 100 meters of his or her body will begin to ignite. As larger and larger fires start, they will begin to spread outward from the original location, always traveling away from the user. Eventually, the fires created by this jutsu will become raging infernos, eating away at anything and everything in their path. This jutsu can cause devastation to any environment, as the flames are spread by chakra, and not any type of physical fuel such as grass.

Description: After a long series of handseals, the user opens his or her mouth. A small ball of flame appears in front of his or her mouth, no larger than a golf ball. The stream extends forward 100 meters before ending it's burst. Once the stream reaches 100 meters, it remains for 3 seconds.

Description: One of the most powerful defenses a Katon user can achieve, this jutsu requires perfect stillness from the user. While the user sits still, feeding his chakra into the earth, a ring of land thirty feet from his body will begin to heat up. The ground will literally erupt, throwing lava 100 feet into the air. This jutsu keeps the lava from splashing around, protecting the user from his own impassable walls. This jutsu can be performed indefinitely, so long as the user both stays still and has sufficient chakra. When the user is finished with this jutsu, the lava will fall back down, leaving a ring of melted land around the user.

In addition, the dampness of the bubbles soaks into clothing for anyone who ventures into the area of effect and therefore may lead to damp clothing which limits maneuverability.

Only five strings can be made at any time because of the added focus in applying the element. No other jutsu that requires seals can be preformed unless this one is canceled for obvious reasons. After extending the strings from their finger tips each will become like a high power jet of water which can only reach about 15 meters. They strike the enemy with enough force to cause bruising and knock back. Until canceled the jets will continue to spray and slowly drain on chakra. Does not require handseals.

Description: This is for use in areas with little or no water. The object of this jutsu is to bring water to you. By performing a number of seals, and focusing ones chakra into the ground, water within a given area, depending on ones chakra strength and water control, will be condensed and begin to form clouds. Once this is complete the clouds then proceed to the selected area, causing a down pour bringing the water to the user. There must be at least some water in the immediate area, and this technique does take a while, so it is hard to bring a sufficient amount in a short time, unless one has the element of surprise.

The jutsu can defend against weaker fire jutsu, keep the user cool under extreme temperatures by using chakra to constantly keep the water cool, and makes some forms of weapons (slicing type of weapons) and occasionally kunai slide off the armor. The jutsu of course is a constant drain and uses up a lot of chakra to maintain.

Hyouton: Idaina Keibitai - Gurando Keimusho [Ice Release: Mighty Guard - Grand prison]

Description: It will begin by creating a giant ice barrier, which will surround the user, or desired target. For the mighty guard technique, the user will then summon a water barrier in beneath the ice barrier. The two will act in a cycle feeding off the other. as the ice is chipped away, water will fill in through the cracks, and re form into ice, at a high speed, and keep the barrier strong, not allowing any attacks in. As well, the ice barrier can send spikes from the outer walls, and reform from the water, for those who venture to close, or can fire them, for those who stay back.

The grand prison technique is almost the exact opposite in theory. Instead of place the water barrier beneath the ice, it surrounds the outer layer of the barrier, and thus keeping the target inside. As well, spikes can form from the ice wall, or fire from the ice wall, and pierce the target within. Both techniques are very strong, and only the strongest of attacks can actually penetrate and destroy the barrier itself. This technique is also one which is very draining in chakra, and only those with a great amount of chakra, and chakra control, can use this technique more than once, with minimal consequences on the body.

Hyouton: Koori-Mizu Tsuin Atama no Haidora [Ice Release: Ice-Water Twin Headed Hydra]

Description: This technique produces two dragons, one of ice and one of water, which fuse together to form a dragon, with two heads. If a head is destroyed it is able to regenerate, with extra chakra used, but this technique can be very draining as the size and power of the jutsu makes it hard to maintain. The ice head is capable of exploding, and sending shards of ice at the enemy as well, where the water can be used to surround the enemy and trap, or with better chakra control, even drown, or crush the opponent. But once again this technique is very draining on the user, and therefore cannot be used too much and for too long.

Description: Similar to it’s predecessor, Oogata Suirou no Jutsu controls the density of water to make an inescapable sphere of water. As the name suggests, however, this prison is much larger, capable of holding 10-20 people at once, and requires several users at once. Like the previous technique, all of the user’s must have one hand submerged in the orb at all times, in addition to concentration being required to be maintained as well, however, once the prison has been set, it doesn't require further chakra to be maintained.

Description: The user guides his Raiton chakra to settle a small amount of chakra at the tip or tips of a wielded electricity-conducting weapon. That tip will cause a very mild electrostatic shock to skin other than the user's that comes in contact with it. This does not require the use of handseals

Kaminari Bunshin no Jutsu [Lightning Clone Technique]

Description: This is a Ninjutsu technique that utilizes lightning to create a Bunshin clone. Unlike a normal Bunshin, the Kaminari Bunshin has the ability to interact more with the environment due to it having physical substance. This allows the clone to carry out attacks on its target. Also, elemental clones can think, but only on the rudimentary level, and the concentration for their jutsu needs to be maintained by the user. When this clone disperses, it reverts into a spark of electricity.

- Each bunshin takes 1/10 of your chakra pool to make.
- Bunshin can only travel a moderate distance from the user
- Bunshin have 1/4 the power of the user. This includes weapons, items, powers, speed, reaction speed, etc.
- Elemental Bunshin can perform taijutsu, non-elemental jutsu, and elemental jutsu of its own element that the user knows. Note however, that an elemental clone only has as much chakra as the user gave it, and some of it is used to maintain the clone. Attempting to use a jutsu the clone no longer has enough chakra for will cause the bunshin to burst without the jutsu being performed.

Description: A technique that does not require hand seals, the user's hand would become magnetic and they would be able to draw up silver, coins, jewelry, etc. This jutsu is powerful enough to be used to attract weapons up to as large as a fuuma shuriken to the user's hands, though there is still the danger of being cut by the weapon if the user isn't used to catching weapons in flight. A skilled user of the jutsu is able to use it to only slightly alter the path of a projectile, making them miss the user without having to catch them. This ability does not require the use of handseals.

Shishinkei Shibugoretsu [Optic Nerve Disruption]

Description: This technique is like the full paralysis except it has to be in contact with the hand to the targets eyes and it basically screws up the nerve impulses for the target's eyes for a little while. If it's messed up or not finished it results in the target being blurry eyed for a minute or a few minutes, if done correctly then it blinds them for a little while.

Description: This jutsu basically allows the user to send electrical current out to anything that makes contact with them that they're not already in contact with. Since it's an active effort and it's a full body flow the likelihood of a person using this move and being very active themselves isn't too high, and slows their movements and actions down to 40% or less.

Description: Total paralysis is where you focus enough electrical current into the central nervous system of the target's body that it makes a complete nerve shutdown, making the target limp as a rag doll. However since this requires an exact jolt and exact location it means the user has a much smaller target to aim for, and must be very close. So, in other words, using this on a person requires that the user make a connection with their hand and the top or backside of the target’s head.

Each ball is able to cause a convulsion and a light burn when they strike the target.
